and consultancy about the design of the water
installations, electricity, fire protection,
air- co systems, etc.
Fitness and development projects:
Setting up of all the projects:
electrical,
air-conditioning, fire
protection and plumbing
system. Also we pay special
attention to
Health and Safety projects.
Logistics implementations
and interior design are
also include by our
different professionals.
Assistance and consultancy
about how to contract
at the best conditions
fluid utilities such
as water, gas, electricity
supply, etc.
Perform and execution of
the phase, for which
Covi Arquitectura keeps customer’s relations and management,
comparative tables and
adjudication proposals,
contracts deals, works
co-ordination and
control, and also permits
& licenses.
Official Permits:
We are in a continuous management and intermediation
with the different Administrations
and suppliers
in order to facilitate
all the process and
obtain all the required
official permits
Budget Control:
We make the budget estimates based on basic
project cost evaluation,
dividing the whole
budget in different batches,
and comparing
them with the average market
prices.
Control and classification
of the different
purchasing orders, checking
the fulfilment
of the approved budget.
We offer to the client a monthly reports
about the budget control and possible deviations
according to the progress of execution, to
take the necessary steps to correct it.
Perform and Execution:

We visit the sites to control
the correct
execution of the works
in order to get the
best quality and the best
prices. Covi Arquitectura
control also the heath
and safety of the
sites and get the official
